Abstract

In today's hyperconnected world, businesses operate in complex supply chains that are vulnerable to a multitude of disruptions. Building supply chain resilience—the ability to withstand and adapt to these disruptions—has become a critical success factor. This article explores the interplay between supply chain risk management (SCRM) and resilience, describing strategies for proactively identifying, mitigating and responding to potential threats.
