Abstract

Innovation is a cornerstone of success in modern business practices, driving growth, competitiveness, and sustainability. This scholarly article presents a comprehensive meta-analysis of research trends and future directions in innovation within business contexts. Drawing upon a synthesis of existing literature, this study examines the evolution of innovation theories, methodologies, and empirical findings over the past decade. The analysis explores various dimensions of innovation, including product innovation, process innovation, organizational innovation, and business model innovation. Furthermore, it identifies key drivers, barriers, and enablers of innovation adoption and implementation within organizations. Additionally, the article delves into the role of emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and Internet of Things, in shaping innovation strategies and practices. Moreover, it sheds light on the impact of external factors, such as globalization, regulatory frameworks, and socio-cultural influences, on innovation dynamics.
